Jennah Motter, Faculty

Jennah Motter of Hanover, Pa, has studied dance for extensively 18 years, beginning her ballet and jazz studies as a member of a local Hanover ballet company with whom she traveled to dance competitions in Las Vegas, New York City, Richmond and Orlando. She has studied at GYDance since 2009 and was a proud member of the Midstate Ballet. Motter has both training and talent in Contemporary, Hip Hop and Musical Theatre, Pointe, Ballet and Jazz. Jennah Motter is certified to teach a special conditioning program created in Australia just for ballet dancers. Jennah also helped to write, choreograph and direct Greater York Dances very own production, The Hip Nut. While her love of dance has been her world, Jennah has managed to find time over the years to study voice privately in her hometown and at the prestigious Csehy Summer School of music in New York. Jennah served a year as Miss York County and competed for the title of Miss Pennsylvania in 2017. Motter’s most recent accomplishment was landing a position as a Baltimore Ravens Cheerleader, dancing on the sidelines of every home game. Miss Motter is thrilled to be a part of the staff at GYDance as she continues to grow as a dance educator and mentor to her students.
